If you need four walls and a space to call your own, we have you covered. Our offices range from 86 square feet to 210 square feet, some with windows and some without. Window offices feature tall ceilings and wonderful views. Our facility is designed so that even interior spaces get natural light. Call us or stop by to see what we have available.

Conference Room Rental

If all you need is an occasional conference room to meet clients, conduct a deposition, or have a mediation, we have you covered. We have four beautiful conference rooms, all appointed with the conveniences you may need. Our boardroom seats twelve and our three smaller conference rooms each seat six. Room rental includes coffee/tea/water service, and phone and internet access.

The board room is $80 per hour, and the smaller conference rooms are $50 per hour. Discounts apply for half-day or full-day rental, too.

The Day Office is available for you to use as a place to get some work done, to meet clients, or just to regroup between hearings. Need access to a computer with internet? No problem! The Douglas Amdahl Day Office comes fully equipped so you can get what you need done. The day office rental is $30 per hour. Discounts apply for half-day or full-day rental, too.

Whether you have an interactive meeting with others in a remote locale, or you are conducting a seminar that others tune in to, we have you covered. We have high-definition equipment that streams live and records, if needed. Our video conference platform is compatible with just about any technology that would be logging in, and supports simultaneous document exchange and slideshow presentation, as well.

Video conferencing is $125 per hour. Discounts apply for half-day or full-day use, as well.

Language Translation Services

On demand services – $2.50 per minute
