Our Location
MoreLaw Minneapolis is located in downtown Minneapolis in the heart of the government corridor. MoreLaw is adjacent to and enjoys skyway access to the Federal Courthouse and tunnel access to City Hall, the Hennepin County Government Center, and three parking ramps. MoreLaw is in the historic Flour Exchange Building, built in the 1890′s in the Chicago School style. The building has been newly updated and renovated, and MoreLaw’s offices are newly built.

Nearby Parking
Street Parking:
Parking on the street is available on 4th Avenue from Washington Avenue to 5th Street and on 3rd Street from 5th Avenue to 3rd Avenue. In most spots, the city recently put in new meters that now take credit cards. However, older meters still only take quarters or dollar coins.
Gateway Municipal Parking Ramp:
Located on 4th Avenue between Washington Avenue and 3rd Street, with an entrance on 4th Avenue. Cost is $4 per hour, up to $12 per day. A monthly pass is available for a significant savings. Ramp accepts cash and credit cards – payment kiosks are located in the skyway level hallway. In inclimate weather, indoor access to our office is available by taking the skyway to the Grain Exchange Building, then the tunnel to the U.S. Courthouse, then the skyway to the Flour Exchange Building. In nice weather, the ramp is only across the 4th Ave and 3rd St intersection from us.
Jerry Haaf Memorial Ramp:
Located on 5th Avenue between 4th Street and 3rd Street, with entrances on 5th Ave and on 3rd St. Cost is $3 per hour, up to $9 per day. A monthly pass is available for a significant savings. Ramp accepts cash and credit cards – payment kiosks are located in the elevator banks. In inclimate weather, indoor access to our office is available by taking the skyway to the Grain Exchange Building, then the tunnel to the U.S. Courthouse, then the skyway to the Flour Exchange Building. In nice weather, the ramp is one block from our office.
U.S. Courthouse Parking:
Located beneath the U.S. Courthouse, with an entrance on 3rd Avenue between 4th Street and 3rd Street. Cost is $3 per hour, up to $12 per day. A monthly pass is available for significant savings. This facility is a heated garage. The U.S. Courthouse only takes cash, so be prepared if you are parking there! In inclimate weather, take the West elevator to the skyway, then take the skyway to our building. In nice weather, take the East elevator to the street level and our front doors are just north of that entrance.
Lightrail Access
The City Hall Lightrail station is at 5th Street between 4th Avenue and 3rd Avenue. Walk one block north on 4th Avenue and you will see our building.
Bus Access
The 4th Avenue and 4th Street stop has service for the following bus routes: 3, 16, 50, 94, 7, 22, 491, 755, 758, and 764. Check the Metro Transit bus schedule for specific times and routes.
